Also I’m very curious about that couch-surfing initiative for bloggers you mentioned but the server doesn’t seem to deliver any more. I assume this project is gone?

Had no idea mailchimp does that. I mean I never used it myself for sending but I may have used it in the past as subscriber somewhere. Seems like another good reason to do the extra work of adding a mail forwarder for each sign-on that want’s mail. Thanks for pointing this issue out!

Okay. It makes _some_ sense but it’s still weird: Failed to load the IMA custom policy file /etc/ima/ima-policy1: Permission denied [!!!!!!] Failed to load IMA policy, freezing So what really happened: /etc/ima/ima-policy exists. It is not looking for a file ima-policy1. The appended 1 is probably an exit code and it’s error message is misleading. I had some rules making use of #SELinux labels like dont_appraise obj_type=systemd_journal_t in the policy and that goes boom when not bootet with SELinux support (e.g. selinux=0) at all. Das sehe ich komplett anders Jan-Lukas. Mag das Ziel noch so nobel sein: Wo ein Trog ist, sammeln sich die Schweine Überwachung und Sammelwut wird stets weiter ausgebaut, aber nicht mehr reduziert. Wir haben das alles schon vor Jahren zum Thema Vorratsdatenspeicherung (VDS) durch gekaut und mich persönlich kotzt es an dass hier immer weiter aufgeweicht, gesammelt und abgegriffen wird – auch ohne rechtliche Grundlage. Das wieder weg zu klagen dauert Jahre, und schon sind drei neue Systeme an die selbe Stelle getreten. Der IST Zustand ist alarmierend! Wir wissen um die Gefahren, weil es bereits geschehen ist.
