@bekopharm I’ve seen a lot of these lately, is it somehow noteworthy that fedora upgrades go well? Or is there some other reason why so many post them? 🙂
@sotolf old fart Linux user here.Successfully upgrading a _desktop_ installation is still new to me 😛
@bekopharm Maybe I’m an abnormality, I’ve been running arch for 12 years now, and never really had a problem with the upgrades :p But I’m maybe not that old fart-y I’ve only been using it since 06 😉
@sotolf yes, only :PAlso I don’t use Arch.I only use the Arch Wiki. Gods… that is good.
@bekopharm Hehe :p well, I’m not sure if most people would call my setup a ‘desktop’ even, it’s mostly a web browser and then most other things running in terminals, I grew up with MSDOS on monochrome screens, and just enjoy that way of using the computer the most :p
@bekopharm How do you ask if someone is using arch? You don’t, they will tell you before you ever thought of asking the question :p
