There are indeed a lot of similar tools but keep in mind that the tools are not designed specific for WordPress and go far beyond without an API by design. It’s like an iceberg and I understand your confusion because it was like this for me as well in the beginning. Hej jlelse, I put mine at https://beko.famkos.net/follow/ some time ago because IMHO only a person knowing about feeds would click on /feeds at all.
